The scene I'm most excited to write is... oh gosh, I don't even know, because this is going to be the underworld rescue idfic of my dreams. It's really a balance between kickass military woman finding that she might just be hopelessly outmatched in the underworld of a different pantheon than she belongs to before setting out to rescue her dead love interest and setting out to do it anyway, and then (when the rescue is halfway accomplished) having to rely on love interest who is a squishy civilian/academic girl and a good deal younger to bring them both home, because she got hurt by one of the underworld guardians and can no longer take the lead.

Not really sure about alignments, though I could picture Sigrun as Lawful Neutral - she's military and has no problem with authority for all we know - as a Captain herself, she's been the highest-ranking member of the group, but she's also deferred to magic users as being capable of things she isn't and placed her trust in them. And then there's her altruistic and more personally honorable streak - take a troll to the arm to protect another team member from being bitten and possibly suffering a fate worse than death? Sure. Get thrown into a monster-infested lake, and send the rest of your team to safety in their tank even if it means having to walk two hours while wet in freezing weather? Sure! Tuuri, meanwhile, is less altruistic and more free-spirited, and is definitely all about freedom, rules be damned, so she's going out into a monster-infested world in spite of not being immune to the illness they carry because she just can't not.
