Summary:
As a clone, a nobody, Axel knows he lives on borrowed time. If anyone ever figures out what he is, he’ll end up purged. The Organization is working towards getting access to the heart of the system – the registry – so that they can rewrite their pasts and become real. When a new member joins the Organization, a member that holds the key to granting them what they want, they are finally close to their goal – but Axel is also about to learn that what he truly wants isn’t that simple anymore.
Or, the joke was "What if Kingdom Hearts is the mainframe" and I took it way too far.
Cyberpunk!Au of Kingdom Hearts where canon knowledge is probably not even necessary.
