I'm possibly at the point where I should drop out, but don't want to. I'm pretty sure i can finish one fic if not two like I'd planned, but I'll bookmark that link about asking for extensions just in case.

Noooo, don't drop out!! You're doing great on time, and one fic's all you need. And if you do want to push through with that second fic (*salutes*) then let us know if you want that extension.
