At age 22 (and maybe 25 and 28, for the superfit) individuals may be called up to breed with a complete stranger -- whomever the computer has picked at their fittest mate. The couple is required to come together and show medical proof of sex for each of three days around the woman's ovulation cycle. Afterwards the parents can choose to keep and raise the child (separately or together) or give it up to government childcare centers.
