Kaiba is probably closer to Chaotic Neutral, even if he might not agree. Jounouchi is definitely something like Chaotic Good, he just can’t bring himself to be 100% lawful anything. Chaos seems to be a factor for them, but then, what do I know of D&D, this is Duel Monsters.

It, sadly, would not, although Jounouchi finding a detachable sex tentacle to prank Kaiba with would be great.
